Vodacom is *******!

my name is Joash Naidu and i want say that Vodacom are dishonest and they are *****ing my money, i canceled my contact with them because the service peripatetic, i have sent a number of email to the customer care department and reminder them that i had never taken out insurance on the contract. on the last payment to them for my contract conveniently insurance is added of ZAR300 +-

i had contacted Vodacoms insurance company and advise that that this is not applicable and must be removed of my statement. i same the very same email to them confirming the same, they still billed me for insurance in the month of July the last payment made to them. Also the contract would change over to prepaid once the container was settled. the level of incompetence is shocking!

moreover I've been paying for airtime every month, i had accumulated about ZAR350 that is now all gone! the shocking part in that i have been calling them nonstop sending countless of email and still they take my money.
