Vodacom is *******

I cannot receive calls and sms on vodacom for the last 1 week.i am able to make calls .i have called the customer care line 5 times already and it's a complete waste of my time.they don't have answers or solutions.they technicians never do give you feedback. I am paying for something I cannot fully use..vodacom is the worst
