Vodacom is robbing us

Tuesday night I had one hundred and ninety something and my data was off when I woke up on Wednesday all my airtime was gone so I bought 1gig Data but still I couldn’t connect to the internet. I called Vodacom and they said they gonna sort it out but up until now nothing has been sorted out. The whole day on Wednesday I couldn’t use internet I couldn’t even make calls I was only receiving call. Now when I call them no one picks up I hold for 48 minutes on the line but no one takes my call
