Vodacom is robbing us data and airtime

I bought 1GB of Vodacom data bundles on the 22 September 2017 then I received 250 MB of data bundles from Vodacom contract and a R55 airtime on the 1st October 2017. I've been doing this since from last year and my data last me almost a month while I'm using facebook and WhatsApp but I was surprise when they sent me a sms notification that I have less than 30 MB and that's impossible that I can use 1GB and 250MB of data bundles in 11 days. I called them at first the guy I was talking to at solutions he said I was on You Tube on the 1st and the 4th of October and I told him that I don't use You Tube at all and by that time I had R15 monthly airtime and R47 prepaid airtime. After rating a service they saw that I was not happy at all then they sent me a sms to find out wether my problem was resolved or not I rep**** by saying NO, then somebody called me from Vodacom I started explaining myself again and still I was not helped. Later I noticed that I'm not receiving WhatsApp messages then I checked my airtime it was gone I was left with 00.00 then I switched off my phone and switched on again then I received WhatsApp messages while I have a credit of 00.00 and I responded to 2 messages then I received a sms notification that I ran out of data bundles , according to my knowledge I have to run out of data bundles before airtime but I ran out of airtime before data. I called them and told them that how come my airtime has disappeared the agent transferred me to the solutions again the lady who was assisting me said she doesn't see that I was on You Tube its only showing whatsapp and facebook but the 1st guy at solutions said I was on You Tube onn the 1st and the 4th. She didn't help still she kept on making examples for me and making excuses that P8 lite works differently and I even told her that I've been using this fone for a year now and I never came across such problem. I'm very cross coz Vodacom is robbing us and we are loyal customers to them then they taking advantage of that.
