VODACOM IS RIPPING US OFF!

*******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why is Vodacom still billing my account when i paid it off???? do they not have their books in order to track which account should no longer be debited. I want my refund immediately as these companies think they can just debit and rip us off
