Vodacom is ripping people off their hard earned money

I bought a 1g whatsapp ticket but its not working I called in and was advised to switch off my phone for 5min it seemed to work for about an hour but after that nothing. Now I have to buy their expensive data to access whatsapp even though I have a 786mb of whatapp data.
