Vodacom is ripping me off - please help

I'm having such a bad experience with vodacom and I really don't know what to do at this point because they're ripping me off.

Our contract was supposed to end on the 24/06/2019 but we weren't receiving from april already and thats been the case up until now and its September already.

I phoned in so many times to enquire about why I wasn't receiving any data in april, may and june and I was told that there was data on the sim but no data was loaded onto the sim by vodacom and I know this because I was buying prepaid data and putting it onto the sim to use.

R403.25 was taken from us on the 29 March (this was the last month during which we received data. In april when no data was received we phoned to check with Vodacom and they told us the contract was ending in april we informed them that no data was received and our contract shows june but that if that is the case we would not like to renew the contract after it ends and that was apparently logged on their system.

But then R427.25 on the 30 April was deducted as part of a contract renewal hence the change in cost, which we had specifically asked them not to renew, yet we were charged and did not even receive data for april.

Then they took R955.38 on the 31 May (double of what our usual payment generally is and still no data was recieved). At this point you can imagine my frustration, and again I queried the R955.38 that we had been charged for and were transferred to many different consultants, who provided no help at all, none the less we requested again that the contract be cancelled and we were told that our instruction was logged but that we couldn't receive a refund because we were given data for June which then appeared on the sim in the middle of the month only after I had asked to speak to a supervisor or someone higher up - who also didn't even bother to take my call instead I was told by the transferring consultant that the supervisor needed to know what it was regarding before my call was taken then i was put on hold for more than half an hour after which I refused to stay on the call).

But I had hoped by now they would at least cancel the contract even if they didn't refund but no I just keep being **********.

R427.25 on the 28 June. R965.46 on the 31 July (another doubled amount for no data again). R971.97 on the 30 August (and for what???)

And my bank can't even put a stop order on these amounts because they seem to change by a few rands every month.

I've even gotten a lawyer involved and they've received no response from vodacom. I'm guessing my last option is to go to the small courts and ask for a summons to be issued for my refund but that doesn't stop the fact that Vodacom is going to keep ripping me off every month.

If anyone can help me or advise me please I'm desperate at this point. They've already taken R3747.31 and who knows how much more they'll take.
