VODACOM IS RIDICULOUS WHEN TRYING TO CANCEL CONTRACT

My mother had a contract with Vodacom for 22 years. She has paid her account for 22 years. Normally they will call you to advise you that your contract is about to expire renew the contract. Two year ago they phone her to advise about the contract that is about to expire and she wanted to cancel it then as she no longer had work and only received a state pension. The opt her to take a contract of R79 and she decided to take it. This year when the contract expired, nobody contacted her to say that the contract is going to expire and they just pushed the amount up to R130. She is only receiving a state pension and cannot afford to pay the R130. So it is R50 that she could have use for milk and bread. Also because she only kept on paying the R79 they suspended her account and she is not able to use the phone for calls or data usage. They keep on saying they cannot cancel the contract until she pay the money. This is ridiculous as she cannot afford to pay that. She just want to cancel the contract and wanted to use her number for prepaid but after this way they treated her, she don't want her number anymore. Please take note on how Vodacom is treating their loyal customers of 22 years.
