Vodacom is ridiculous. After 1 year you have the nerve to say we owe?
I must say I officially give up on this company. My father took out a contract for me with you and we did a transfer of ownership on the 16th of July 2017. The consultant at Vodacom The Glen said that the debits would start going through on my acc from the 27th of July 2017, but this was not the case and you tried to debit from my fathers acc and it bounced. I then took the initiative to call you guys and arrange a payment and you guys also took a resubmission fee of R100 plus the monthly premium from my fathers acc and also the new premium and R150 (Transfer of ownership fee) from my acc on the 27th of August. It is now 2018 (A FULL YEAR LATER) and you have the nerve to call my father and say that he owes you. Firstly why did you wait this long to tell him this? I went back to the Vodacom Store The Glen and the manager Simba tried to assist us but with no luck. He then called your call centre and we spoke to Phina who was very rude and couldn't handle objections (That's another story for another day). We were then advised to call MBD on ********** 218 and I thought I had heard it all until I spoke to a lady named Letacia, who first listened to me and the minute she realized that the query was "too difficult" told me to hold and after about 10mins hung up the phone. So I called back and asked to speak to her again and after a while she came and told me that "I have knocked off and we are given a limited time on calls which is 7minutes and then it drops " Like where on earth do you get these people???? Cause only Vodacom consultants can tell you such and really believe that nonsense. Oh then guess what? I asked for a manager and in Vodacom call agent style "All the managers are in a meeting". I am honestly sick of being treated like this and need this issue to be sorted. Just to let you know I have contacted the ombudsman and you guys have 5 weeks (initially 6 weeks, but 1 week has gone by already) to sort this out or else they are taking over. So can someone who knows what they are doing please have a look at this matter and let me know. I don't know where you get these call centre agents but this is honestly not normal or does customer care mean NOTHING to you????????
