Vodacom is refusing to cancel an expired contract so they can keep on taking my money !!!!!!!!!!!

My husband lost his job due to hearing loss and we phoned Vodacom contract cancelations on Monday 29 January 2024 at 17:19. He gave permission for me to speak on his behalf as he cannot hear very good on a phone. We where told our last invoice will be March 2024 but surprise surprise they did not cancel the contract. My husband is not working and we cannot afford the contracts that is why we cancel them as they come up for renewal. I tried following up regarding the issue but no one at Vodacom is getting back to us regarding this issue. *** and ***.
