Vodacom is really, really pathetic
<p>I logged a call with Vodacom three weeks ago (ref# 1- ********** ********** ) and I received an SMS from Vodacom saying that the query had beed closed. Vodacom has not contacted me, I still do not have any resolution to this issue.</p> <p>Vodacom are *****, all they keep saying is that a consultant will contact me yet once again, my query is closed without anyone from Vodacom contacting me.</p> <p>Please Vodacom, PHONE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
