Vodacom is really making my blood boil

Vodacom is causing me night mares.

On the 12th of March 2016, I went into Vodacom 4U store, in Cresta and upgraded my cellphone contract for a new Galaxy S7 Edge, so after the battles of *********** sales persons due the so called "New System", I eventually got my phone and went home.

Now 24 months later, when I want to cancel my contract, as it suppose to end 2018 March, I am now being told strories about my contract that it's only due August 2018, due to the mistake Vodacom did as their system was still new they only loaded my contract August 2016.

Now I was paying all along for a contract that was not loaded on the system, and they epect me to pay these additional 5 months for a mistake on thier part.

I called Vodacom Help center, and they referred me to the store I took out the contract.

I called the store, Vodacom 4u cresta, and the manager tells me, she has escalated my case and she was told there's nothing they can do.

How can they not be able to fix their mistake. Why should me the Customer carry the burden of their incompetence and carelessness. Why should I be paying for all that, They expect you to follow up on them, they never call you. No one called me to say that a mistake was made and we have only loaded your contract late. Why should I be only finding out, when I have to cancel my contract. I don't even use it anymore, so I will be paying for services not rendered.
