Vodacom is really Disappointing!!!

I am a prepaid vodacom customer who bought two Iphones on contract for my family at incredible connections eastgate mall. When I went to collect the phones a vodacom consultant Nkateko Mduli advised that I pay an activation fee in cash of R150 of which I did. She also explained that there would be a pro rata premium to be debited within 48 hours. I then told her my account will not have those funds available but I have them available on my brothers account Which I can also pay in store immediately .she explained that the pro rata premium needs to be debited and suggested I take the phones ,call vodacom customer care the next day and give them the other account number to debit the pro rata, What seemed like an easy and happy purchase soon turned into a nightmare. As understood I called Vodacom and gave them my brothers account number. The account number kept coming back as invalid and was transferred to a very rude team leader who told me that they can not use my brothers account number as it does not link to my Identity. He would have to send a signed letter of approval or permission rather to be debited of his account with his account details as well. which will be sent to Vodacom's legal department. I was annoyed at this process because two vodacom consultants were telling me different stories. seeing that there was no solution I resorted to transferring funds in to my account from my brothers account calculating that they would receive their funds when they debit. Off which to my surprise they did not. Vodacom then deactivated the cell phones and my brother tried to call in and they requested to speak to me. They told me that i'm in arrears which i've never been in my entire existence. This frustrated me as i do not have any debits bounced back from my statements and I always have funds in my account ready for debits. The consultant asked me to confirm my bank that's when we discovered .They are debiting my brothers account which they did not get an approval off, to my knowledge this is **********. I was then told to call the subscriber collections department where the first consultant Tshepo, I assume found my query to be complicated and hung up on me. on my second call the second consultant Zandile 'williams'' who's surname was confirmed by the supervisor Philip Mashoboka Whom i asked to speak to after she rudely refused to give me her surname and reference number to the call. I explained the query to Philip Mashoboka which at this point i was frustrated as i've been transferred a lot of times and have explained the issue to different departments with no help. Philip Mashoboka blamed the store for using my brothers banking details which i told him its not them as they used mine he requested that we email him proof of the contract and he will escalate an investigation for *****. The contract was emailed as requested and I have not heard from him since. I spoke to both him and Nkateko on recorded lines as I am in the insurance field. He confirmed that he will give me feed back but he keeps cutting my calls the moment he hears my name. He also promised to send me Vodacoms banking details so i can go to the bank and make a payment whilst waiting. These discussions where in february till this very day I have heard from him as a supervisor myself this really makes me question his role. I went as far as going to a vodacom shop to try make a payment which i couldn't as they reasoned that my contract is still new they can see it but i cant pay in store yet. I then called subscriber collections again and spoke to a very friendly consultant Charles Khumalo who took my banking details and arranged a debit date for the pro rata and premium and went as far as removing the additional charge off R100 for unpaid as I am not in the wrong how ever he could not assist with the increased premium from R489 to R509 in virtue of the unlocking fee which was not my fault he escalated the matter i'm still waiting to see that off. The debit went off successfully and i thought this mess was over only to find out today going through my banking statement that vodacom has not debited for this month I called in and spoke to Rethabile who confirmed that i owe R609 that needs to be paid in store today because i'm in arrears as well as R495 that needs to be debited on the 12 of this month. She could not answer why i have to pay so much money and actually how much did i sign up for as there seems to be a lot of charges and why wasnt i debited on the agreed upon date as Rethabile confirmed that they tried debiting on the 9th march 2018 and it did not go through which i disputed because that's not reflecting on my bank statement. The next thing she explained that my account is invalid and i asked her how did you open a contract then and how did you debit me the first and pro rata premium. she could not answer. I have been with Vodacom on prepaid for as long as i can remember I could have never imagined such incompetence and unauthorised proceedings without the clients consent and irresponsibility. I am now in arrears which is my biggest concern because of Vodacom and there is no one whos taking accountability.I am a very busy person at work which adds to my frustration whenever i call vodacom and constantly get transferred overall I tried calling Philip Moshoboka who was so rude and asked who gave me his land line number and when i explained Who i was to remind him he hung up and keeps cutting the call when I call.I need help going forward. This is heartbreaking. I feel **********
