Vodacom is really a *** network lately

Vodacom has really become a pain in the ****. I ordered a package through thier app and i was told it will be delivered within 5 days. ext thing I am getting attitude from the Customer service telling my package was cancelled. This is after calling them for the second time. The service is pathetic and i will cancelling my contract with the. The Customer service woman also told me in my ear that the team manager doesnt want to talk to me. WHAT THE HELL??
