Vodacom is pure trash

Time and time again Vodacom has proven its complete and utter incompetence. This morning I purchased a R149 1GB data bundle, and 3 minutes later it was depleted. I have the photos and times to prove this. I then purchased a 250MB bundle, of which 4 minutes later was depleted. I then kept purchasing more data and it just kept disappearing??? How is this possible??? I have photos to PROVE this!

I want my money refunded into my account because this is ridiculous now. I closed all my apps and my hotspot is off so please don’t get one of your “customer care” staff to call me and explain what I Should do to avoid this. I want my money back into my account for the R500 I spent on data this morning that didn’t even last me 10 minutes???? How can you justify ripping people off and *****ing money from them like this???? Absolute ******!!!! Vodacom you’re disgusting!!!!!!
