Vodacom is promoting ********** activity

Vodacom has allowed unauthorised parties to remove banking details on our account without our permission as the account holders. Vodacom did not even contact me for any banking details until a few months later once they had suspended our lines. Vodacom refuses to provide a suitable explanation for the breach on their own security policies.
