Vodacom is problems!!

I have emailed Brian in regards to the text that is tiny on the phone with no luck of a response. I was also in store in regards to the calls cutting while you on a call. I'm extremely upset with this service. When i was in store and told them all the problems with the phone and i was told that i will have to keep the phone until the two years are complete which will only be Jan 2020.

My father bought himself a new phone that he can use in the mean time until the contract comes to an end. I will never have anything to do with vodacom as i had the most terrible experience.

Myself, mother, stepmother, father and my fiance has all changed to a different network because every time i hear of vodacom i let them know of the bad customer services i had.

I'm really disappointed as i've been vodacom most of my life and i have never had any problems until i took out my first contract with you guys.

This will be my last contract with you guys as i have had nothing but troubles with your N1 City cellular store
