Vodacom is **** period

Vodacom is specializing on being a **** network ever,after numerous attempts calling them infact failed attempts because they won’t let u through to the consultant instead u given an option of chatting with Tobi who replies “I’m still learning I don’t know how to help u” so no one will account for my recharge that went not sure where. And I recharged for a reason. I’m so annoyed by the level of disrespect and careless this company has been with people’s money and we continue supporting as if there aren’t other options. Disgusting
