VODACOM IS PATHETIC! NEVER GETS BACK TO YOU!!!

I app**** ONLINE for a cellphone contract on SUNDAY (REF NUMBER: V7DC4J). Since then, NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. When I do call the online sales department I am ON HOLD forever!!!!!! I've called customer service who keeps transferring me, yet no answer. Someone jus transferred me now, some girl asks me all the details i gave when I registered ONLY to tell me she can't find it and I need to call the online sales depart WHICH when she answered the call I TOLD HER that I app**** online yet I went through all that. As we speak, it is WEDNESDAY and I am STILL on hold. They never answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT EVEN A CALL BACK
