Vodacom is Pathetic - Increase bills and change policies with no Notifications!

Vodacom is clearly the Worst network provider!! They increased customers bills with no notification, but apparently had SMS or emails sent, we received nothing! They send no notification of changes with policies, so minutes only last 60 days then wiped out. So they just keep taking and taking and customers get high bills and lose out! I find that out now as I just signed another 24 month contract and apparently no grace period to cancel it, except with a charge. Pathetic!!
