Vodacom is Pathetic
Vodacom - 🤬🤬🤬🤬 the worst network on earth I swear. I had a fibre line with these people & they failed to communicate anything with me after couple of months trying to settle this account, calling them back & forth. I had a call from their lawyers stating I was handed over for a account I queried & wanted to settle - up until today I have received no emails & no other communication from the Service Provider. I am totally disgusted.
No customer service. Not HELPPFUL they are totally unprofessional.
