Vodacom is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!

If i could give Vodacom a lower rating than 1 star, that's exactly what i would do. I've been struggling with Vodacom for almost 2 months now to fetch the wrong device that was delivered when i did the Vodacom online upgrade. I have been with this network for the better part of 10+ years and they are always eager to debit my account. I have called on numerous occasions and am always left with the apologetic *********** call center person, assuring me that my request for a person of authority to call me, will be fulfilled. To Vodacom, I won't even go further in elaborating, but know this, you will never be endorsed by me EVER and the moment my contract ends, i will be cancelling ALL my business with Vodacom.
