Vodacom is pathetic

Vodacom is a company that should be ashamed of it's thievery and ***ard way. I cancelled my contract in December 2018 and they continued to debit from my account when I stopped payment they told me I was in violation of my contract, I asked for my cell phone recording wherein I cancelled my contact and they never provided it to me. Months after their lawyers contacted me and I provided the lawyers with my contact details and asked them to ask the clients (Vodacom) to prove to me that I didn't cancel my contract, I provided them with the date that I cancelled my contact on and they went quiet now they left a non-payment on my credit score and when I confront them they keep sending me reference numbers but NEVER reply to my follow up emails. Pathetic !!
