Vodacom is pathetic

You read the reviews, you forget about them and think your experience will be better. Lol truth is, you will experience every single thing you read about in the reviews. Vodacom is really pathetic but what can you expect from a big monopoly corporation? You will not get any help except for a stupid automated response. Only 1% of the staff are willing to help and even they are restricted. They will hang up on you, throw you from pillar to post, suggest the useless tobi bot, debit your card just to rub it in some more. Be careful, if you know what's good for you.
