Vodacom is pathetic and *****

<p>I have a vodacom open line contract - vodacom called me and asked to migrate me to a top-up package. I was very hesitant, as I had a 1gig month to month bundle on my phone that I didnt want to lose. The agent promised me that my 1gig data bundle will still be available @ R49 per month if I migrate. You can go trace the calls and listen to thye conversation. Vodacom migrated me and my 1gig bundle disapeared - I called the call center a number of time, and eventually they said they will rectify the problem and ensure that I get my 1gig data bundle as promised at @ R49. They added a 1gig data and I was billed an extra R149, I complained (billing issue still not fixed) and non of my quieries resoved) they did load the 1gig in october - but Nov and December nthe call center a o 1gig data loaded. I was promised that if they can't resolve the data bundle as promised they will activate a 1gig data for free every month - BIG FAT LIE. I have called the call center a number of time with empty promises that I get from the agents and non of my issues are resolved. So they still owe me data for NOV and DEC, and they need to sort and credit my billing queries. There is a number of queries and issues on my account, I get told that my problems are escelated and that vodacom will call me back - I am still waiting for all the call backs that they promised. This service is unaceptable, Im frustrated and GATVOL of the LACK of SERVICE. MAnagers never available and always in meetings and never call back either. </p>
