Vodacom is pathetic

The most pathetic and unprofessional service provider I have dealt with my life, I am trying to upgrade I even went to the fuxking store and they don’t know what they are doing, My cell number is ***, Can someone who knows what the hell is going on contact me, Karabo from Woodmead vodacom has no clue what is happening in her job. You guys are are waste of my time now. I will not pay my account until my issue is resolved.
