Vodacom is pathetic

My contract with vodacom ended and I canceled it before the end date...vodacom didn't activate the cancelation and is billing me for a contracted which ended already ...I also haven't used any of the benefits of the contract...vodacom contracts are so useless..u sign for something but u always end up paying more than u signed for..I will be taking this matter further
