Vodacom is pathetic

I am so disgusted in vodcom! spent the past 6 hours on the phone with them with no resolution. I ordered fibre and they put the incorrect address on my order i contacted them to change this address and they confirmed it was changed. Today when the technician came to install my fibre i was told that they cant do it because my address is incorrect!! it took an agent nearly an hour to change my address on system and i was told it still cant be done because they cant contact openserve. i have had agents drop calls on me, put me on hold for no reason and overall abuse me as a customer. At this point i just want to cancel all my voacom prodcuts and find another service provider
