VODACOM IS PATHETIC

Vodacom, you are pathetic! on 7 April my Cell C contract expired and my husband decided to move me over to join his business contracts! My iPhone 6 took over 2 weeks to arrive. The, trying to port my number through your after sales department (spoken to Godfrey, Mampho and several more) who say the port will be done that wevening etc etc. Guess what? still not done! After several calls to the same department and someone even promising to call me back AS SHE HAD MADE A presonal reminder on her phone to follow up on the issue, i have still not been contacted. A month and a half later and i am the proud owner of a uselss phone. Congratulation Vodacom, I've just called them to collect the phone on Monday and you've lost a Business client who holds several contracts with you. Husband will be moving to Cell C on Monday! Your after sales department lies and provides useless customer service ?#?goodbye?
