Vodacom is pathetic

Multiple times attempted to cancel contract with in the time frame stated in the contract. No cancelation was done. Coninues debit ordes deducted. Its impossible to get any consultent to speak to you. They keep on cutting calls. But yet claim to value customers. This is the worst service i have ever received. Nobody gets back to you after requesting call back.
