Vodacom is pathetic

Received mt router on the 6th of February, called in to book a service request only to be told me order was cancelled (i never ever cancelled). Had to do another sales order, recieved another router, called in numerous tumes to book a service with no response. Called 2 weeks later o ly to be tols no seevice request was ever done. Recieved 3d communication that my service request is now open but still no service has been donw. All in all 3 months later still no WiFi 8 in my home. Why do you guys offwr a service if you cannot fulfil that service. Ypur call centre is pathetic, same answere given and no service is offered. Stay away feom vodacom
