Vodacom is pathetic.

This is pathetic!!! as soon as the power is out the network is off, our whole town. Which means there is no backup battery at all. this has been going on from beginning of load shedding there is a lot of people complaining about it but nothing is done to fix it. When phoning the the customer service number which is *** the lady who answered response is, it happens to me as well. Vodacom, look at your reviews and score 2.8 out of 10. I'd say your have some serious problems. Satisfy your paying clients cause you'll lose all of them to MTN.
