Vodacom is pathetic!!
I complained about Vodacom Upgrades on Hellopeter a few weeks ago about non delivery of my wife's cellphone.
3 days later her cellphone was delivered and I was promised that the package would be activated by 1 December 2017.
Well as expected it isn't. Vodacom is absolutely pathetic and useless. How difficult can it be?
If this is not resolved within 24 hours I am going to cancel every single contract I have with Vodacom.
I have never experienced such poor service in my life before. I can not understand how Vodacom survives, they are useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
