Vodacom is Pathetic

I had a contract with Vodacom for 2 years and it ended last year 2014 October the contract was cancelled and i was happy that the contract ended. I only bought a laptop together with a modem through them and their services were execllent till today I discovered that monthly debit orders of R628.99 were going off from my account since February 2015 till yesterday 22 April 2015, then i phoned their customer care one of the consultants said that I upgraded and took a cell phone in February 2015 I got angry as I have never upgraded with Vodacom ever and i never took a cellphone i only bought a laptop with them 2 and a half years ago. I am so angry that these debit orders have been going off my account since February 2015 till today without my consent, this is clearly an inside Job I want my details that Vodacom has to be destroyed and I do not want anything that has to do with them I work very hard to put food on my family's table not Vodacom.
