VODACOM IS PATHETIC!!!!

I am still waiting for Vodacom Head Office to come back to me regards to my complaint that was submitted to them before the 19/02/2015.<br> <br> It is 6 weeks later AND STILL THEY DID NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING...they don't even bother contacting me to tri and resolve this...but they are quick to let you know that their fees are going up.<br> <br> If someone at Head Office does not contact me to sort this out I will be forced to cancel my debit order - why must I pay my account as normal, but they don't care about their customers complaints AT ALL!!<br> <br> Waiting to hear from you VODACOM...hopefully in this week (yes sure)
