VODACOM IS PATHETIC
Vodacom is the MOST pathetic cellphone service providers in South Africa!!
You phone them, wait for 20 mins to get to a person and they put the phone down in your ear because you are in the wrong department. NOT asking you to direct you to the right department and not even having general phone etiquette!!
I cannot connect to my wifi today and I am working from home, therefore this is very urgent. But Vodacom doesnt think so! And does not want to assist in correcting it!
DO NOT TAKE OUT A VODACOM WIFI contract!!! You are NOT going to get the service you wish for!!!!!
