Vodacom is out to ruin customer's lives

After an uphill battle (months after my contract ended), I was finally able to settle and close my account with Vodacom (I even went back a month later to confirm that it's closed). Fast forward 7 months I check my credit report and my account is still open, and apparently, I'm defaulting on a settled account, my credit is tanked. This can't be legal!!! Vodacom is ruining my life because I had the audacity to take out a contract with them. At this point, legal recourse is the only way. Customer beware, be careful when taking out Vodacom products. This is a shady multi-billion rand business. Never again!
