Vodacom is out of touch and they steel your data - Vodacom is a bunch of ****** - VODACOM MUST FALL !!!!!!

<p>These days with Vodacom, after holding on for hours, you get asked stupid security questions, like, "is July the date after your birthday". Or "what is your ID", and then immediately after that "how old are you? ". When I told the operator that surely this is silly because anybody can do the math, she put the phone down in my ear. Lesson - don't ask difficult questions to a Vodacom operator.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is so irritating and the attitude of Vodacom is so irritatting that I am cancelling both my contracts with them - one in February and one in June.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom is arrogant - they are also steel your date - why, with the technology they have can't they warn you that you are out of data and that it will cost more. Why on earth does the phone not shut down. I will tell you why - because they are a bunch of ******. VODACOM MUST FALL !!!!!</p>
