Vodacom is one of the worst companies in this country. They will add charges to your contract because they feel like it. 0 F@cks is given to their clients.

Vodacom is money hungry ****mers. I absolutely hate them with a passion. Not just are they over charging their customers around every corner, but they will actually add services to your existing contract by themselves. I have a phone contract with them, and all of the sudden I noticed on my statement that they have charged me an extra R500. I phoned them and they told me that I was not on a open line, they added 100 mins and 1.4GB data to my contract for no reason. I was absolutly ****ed off that they just added things to my contract because they wanted to. They "say" that it is reverted but I still can not get a email or notification proving that it is fixed. They "say" that they will credit me back the extra money that I will now spend but I have not got any notification again. Now I am emailing them but no one actually gets back to me.

I am now forced to pay an aditional R500 bucks because someone at Vodacom wanted to **** me.

They are one of the worst companies in this country. F@ck them I can not wait to cancel my contract with them. They will NEVER see business from me again.

This is what you get when you have a company with one of the highest BEE ratings, you get a company that ****s their customers with absolutely ZERO care for they clients. F@CK THEM!
