Vodacom is on Vacation please don't bother to call

It's like you have no call center robots or agents at the insurance department, one holds nd holds and holds to no avail or the call gets diverted because one can hear how a person answers and puts you back on hold again then they hang up even.

It's ****** ridiculous, don't tell me about load shedding cause everyone has load shedding, you are not special. You are a service provider yet you don't even answer your phones.
