Vodacom is of the opinion they are to powerful company to address complaints

I have lodged a complaint against Vodacom, they do have a generic reply on Hellopeter just a show case as they have done absolutely nothing about my problem Vodacom just don't bother getting hold of me as Vodacom is way too Powerful Company, it goes about just taking your money !!!! So lets try round two ....
