Vodacom is obligated to fulfill order
Hi
I place an order and paid for a TV on Black Friday under order number *** which full money was paid and order processed. Only to reeceive a message 6 days later stating that my order cannot be fulfilled due to stock constraints.
There were many other black friday deals I could have made use of to get a good deal on a TV if I knew there was no stock available. My money and thousand other customers who's orders Vodacom could not fulfill **** in their bank account for more than a week if not longer and earned interest.
I demand my order be fulfilled as your site still showed stock available as my money was taken and order completed. Surely a limit as per stock on hand allowed was set on the site. This is a **** to hold clients money in your bank account.

This is still unacceptable. Ive been informed 6 days later, all the black Friday deals on TVs are over and my money will only be refunded in 7 days.
How was I suppose to purchase anything else when Vodacom has tied my money up in a ****? I could have been able to make use of other time limited deals if Vodacom had not ****** my money. I could have been informed within a day or 2 that there was stock issue but I was only informed 6 days later.
I demand my order be fulfilled. This is highly disappointing from Vodacom. Between Private and Business we spend well over R60 000.00 per month and this is the service we receive.
Please advise when I can expect delivery of my order.
