Vodacom is now really just pathetic

Dear Vodacom. To struggle for more than an hour just to get nowhere with Vodacom. Since this morning. All of a sudden the receiving signal of Vodacom is just 1 line or sometimes nothing. Called your office. They now told me they are going to synchronized my sim cards of both my phones. Then I must take my sim card out of my phones for 10minutes. Put it back in the phones. Then they will call back but the issue will be resolved. They never called me back. The issues on my phone remains. So I had to call them back to hear there is no signal problems in my area.

So PRETTY PLEASE! Explain to me what change from yesterday to today. Because yesterday my ohones were fine. Now all of a sudden today I have problems.
