Vodacom is nothing but useless ****s!!!!

Vodacom is really becoming more and more pathetic. My husband has about 4 contracts with Vodacom and in July he called vodacom's cancelations department. The 22nd to be exact to cancel his data sim card that he has. They had send him an sms about the cancelation to confirm it so he never thought anything more of it. Low ans behold tonight as his going on Vodapay to check his accounts he discovers they never did the damn job they getting paid to do buy canceling it as they where told to do so. So what the hell is the point of having a cancelations department when they so damn useless they can't even do the job they are being paid to do?!?! Vodacom is getting more and more pathetic with no one wanting to work but easy to collect their salaries and spiff. It's not about the customers anymore it's about how they can ***** us over while they taking all our money along with their nice commission and spiff!!! If vodacom doesn't start doing their damn jobs and canceling a contract we told them to cancel on the 22nd of july we will gladly take this to court and social media and make everyone aware of what ****** vodacom is and how they only lie and ***** but can't do their damn jobs!!!! So go ahead vodacom and call my husband on *** and sort your damn **** out and do your damn jobs or get fired so proper people who knows how to do the job they getting paid for instead of the useless *****s working their now
