Vodacom is not trustworthy and cares less for their customers

I got a call from an agent on 31 January 2024. He gave me the impression that the package he is moving me too, was R30 than the one I had. I called Vodacom in February, March and April to be relocated to my old package or get me the cheapest they have. To date, Vodacom is still debating my money of the package I requested them to change. I have been a loyal customer for years but the current service is gonna send me packing
