Vodacom is not taking their customers serious

Vodacom is not taking their customers serious, I've logged complaints many times but I'm not getting assistance, they just leave issues hanging without assisting their customers, I've had enough and it really hurts cause I've been with them for almost 20 years. I have 2 issues that are left hanging that involved them taking my money.
