vodacom is not taking my calls

ive been trying to get my line reinstated instead I cannot even get through to Vodacom customer care as wgen I call I get an automated response that says "dear valued customer we note that you've been attempting to get hold of us. please leave your number for a consultant to call back. thus option doesn't then allow you to hold and actually speak to someone. the call just ends. so I canbot make any calls I cannot get through to an agent and I must just wait. ********** service from vodacom
