VODACOM IS NOT SERVICE DELIVERED - ESPECIALLY WITH ONGSTANDING CLIENT (LOYAL TO VODACOM)
On the middle of May 2023 I did an upgrade (I am a loyal paid up client with 6 line for the passed 10 years) on one of my employee's lines. I had to wait due to no stock. Today Ram Couriers arrived here at my residential address (home address for the pass 15 years where ALL my upgrade and new lines were delivered, every time the Courier was happy with my drivers licence and in fact with my previous upgrade I only need to sign for the delivery without me showing my identity. Is this how you as Vodacom treat your loyal clients????
I want my parcel today delivered to me, alternatively I will cancel all my contracts and move over to a mobile company who is prepare to look after me and not treat me as a Client and not a *****.
Unfortunately, you as service provider are useless and could not resolve my problem.
After 15 years I will be serving a cancellation letter through my Attorneys tomorrow. If you cannot resolve such a small problem take your business elsewhere, I am no more interested in your poor useless business. You became to big and untouchable.
Just had a call back to say sorry I need to adhere to the rules of Ram, then unfortunately you will hear from my Attorneys.
Why dont you send my package to one of your stores near to me????????????????????????????????????? YOU ARE USELESS.
