Vodacom is not reliable

Vodacom increased my monthly installment without my knowledge,, my contract is a top up but I do not understand hiw come fron paying R188 monthly to be charged R289. When i view my statement is says R188. But now I am even getting sms that I am must pay R379. How come I reached such amount I don't know. Vodacom its a **** to its customers. You are robbing us.. Please check my account.. Cause I am willing to pay an amount that I did not agree with you.
