Vodacom is not loyal

I have been with Vodacom for 21 years, last month had 1 debit order bounced and I called in for an arrangement the lady confirmed that all is in order and we end the call. All of a sudden Vodacom processes a double debit order on me and we have agreed on the 3 months terms of payment. so I decided my journey with Vodacom will sadly end here once I am done with all the contracts.
